Refund policy

30-day returns

You have 30 days after your order is delivered to request a return.

If something is wrong with your order. If your detector arrives damaged, doesn't work, or isn't what you ordered, email us at support@hollowpinegoods.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, and you won't pay any shipping.

If you changed your mind. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email us first so we can send you the return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once we receive the item and check it, we'll refund the product price to your original payment method.

Refunds. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or PayPal may take a few extra days to show it.

Can't be returned. Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing parts or packaging.
